One of the most important parts of emergency communications is training. It is not enough for us to "just communicate" anymore. Our served agencies expect us to know how they do business and be prepared to immediately serve without additional training when disaster strikes. It is recommended, as a minimum, that all Cumberland County ARES/RACES members complete the following courses:
